Looking good! Like the window switch touch. My PCV also gave me the same problem, really simple fix!

Yeah I'm really glad I got it done, couldn't believe how easy it was. I've got a few more bits to do then hopefully remap & new tyres in the spring

So this happened today

So it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be to change these over. So far I am happy with how they look but I haven't been for a drive yet.

I think some Phillips extreme or whatever they're called bulbs will finish these off nicely. I may even go for a HID conversion.

Unfortunately Tuesday night I got pulled for my number plates so I've ordered some more UK legal pressed plates

Thanks. I have ordered a set of 6000k HID's as I didn't want to draw too much attention. As for the plates I managed to find a seller on eBay making the metal pressed plates but with the GB road legal font and stamps

Thanks, yeah hopefully going for a remap early summer. I need to get myself a decent set of tyres in the spring first. I may well go for an exhaust at some point, possibly just Cat-back as its only ever going to be a daily car.

Unfortunately whilst at work (in France) something put a hole in the side of my tyre so I had to go and get myself a budget tyre fitted quickly before coming back home. Complete waste of £50

So it's been a while since an update. The idea of exhaust or remap has gone on hold for now. So since my last update there has been a couple of minor changes
▪ changed the DRL headlight for ones with the black inners, much better
▪ gloss black badges, but had to remove the rear one as it didn't fit properly
▪ 2 new Pierelli Piero Rosso's on the front
▪ MOT which it passed no dramas
▪ 10,000 miles service at Colin gunning Hertford which revealed a rear spring has snapped and need a new rear tyres
▪ ordered a series of eibach lowering springs
▪ BIGGEST UPDATE the car is in this week to have the front bumper resprayed as the previous owner had obviously had it done to a poor standard so all the lacquer had started to peel

Here's how it looks waiting to board the train back to work. As you can see the lacquer peel is very noticeable

Got the car back Friday morning, I am rather pleased with the work although going to pop back and possibly get them to go over some of it again as there seems to be some small dimples in the paintwork, but still 100% better than it was. Fitted my silvertech bulbs in yhe front too.

Update:

Got my eibach's on with bilstein shocks, it's slightly more bumpy but nothing unsaleable.

Unfortunately I've noticed rust coming through a rear arch so been and booked the car in. Having good the whole rear quarter sprayed.
