RNS 510 to sell

I have an RNS 510 to sell just wondering how much id be looking to sell it for? Removed it from mk5 golf but it has a date on the label dated 08/2010 so im thinking it might be a mk6 one that a previous owner has fitted. Its in mint condition apart from one small scratch on screen but you cant see it even if you look for it when screen is on. It occasionly spits the CD out once in a blue moon but not sure if that just certain old cds of mine or if it needs updating.
Not sure what version it is but code on it is 1T0 035 680 C

Prob put it up for around £300-350. If you want to sell it that is. A C version is a very old version.

Paid £300 delivered for my version C few months ago. Along with sat nag antenna. It's mint.

I currently have a C version in my mk6 that I had in the mk5. Works good for me.

You say its old version but there is a date on it of 2010? Its the the star version with led screen also?

AFAIK mk5 very late versions only got RNS-510 version A (my Eddie was one of them).

A version C being from 2010 came with a newer model, either Golf, Passat, Tiguan, Touran, etc...

If it has a star button, it's a LED version so it's good enough. 300 £ should be a good price if it's in mint condition. :happy2:

By the way, I managed to sell my version A in mint condition and fully updated for that price. I offered the installation. :innocent:

Add another £50-£75if it's LED imo. Mine was LCD.

Yeah when I said its an old version it's not meaning as in how it looks. If I remember from before I'm sure it's just the processor inside that's different and the manufacturer changed at some point although looking at them and using them they are the same. That's why I'm happy with my C version as your not getting any better unless you get the DAB version.

I've had a version A, a version B, at the moment I have a version P and a version R.

If you update them to the latest firmware available for them, you don't see a great difference between them. I was hoping my version R would be a bit faster, since it has a SSD instead of a HDD. :smiley:
