Firstly hello to all. First time poster on here. Well i have a problem with my GTI concerning the wash wipe and 12v outlets. The front wipers work fine through intermittent,slow and fast speeds. Pulling the stalk has no effect to activate wash/wipe wipe.The rear wiper is inoperative and has no wash wipe.Also i have no power to the 12v outlets front and rear in the boot.
I have done a bit of research and some have had similar issues and traced it to a 460 relay under the dash panel. I have replaced this relay with a new vw part with no joy. Vag com throws up a short to ground fault and wont reset. I need to resolve this ASAP as MOT is near and washers are mandatory so pleeeease any help would be greatly appreciated.
