Anyone work at VW that can check a TSB for me?

Ive run a VCDS scan a keep getting the following codes, although ti doesn't seem to affect performance/running of the car etc.

However after searching around on the net there seem to be talk of a TSB for these codes, can someone please help??

008200 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1
               P2008 - 001 - Electrical Malfunction
             Freeze Frame:
                    Fault Status: 01100001

What year is your car?
IMO you need to replace the flapper motor. There was a tsb to update the software but that didn't work for most and required a new motor.
Without traction power is nothing!

I was hoping that the software update would solve it before going down replacing the motor route.

Is the new motor covered by the TSB?

Have you actually tried to manually move the flaps?

And questions questions: what oil do you use, and what air filter is fitted?
