Help needed Yorkshire Manchester area

Hi all having the limp mode problem with my mk 5 04 due to the veins being blocked. Seen about the Mr muscle cure but I'm not very good with cars and not sure where to put it  Does anyone want to point me in the right direction..I'm based on huddersfield but happy to travel. Will reward with beer tokens  Thanks in advance
