you mean an eco map?
@dazza i dont have a heavy foot no. My car is a 55 plate but 2006 model, 70k miles, fsh, had two cam belts/ waterpumps tenioners from vw. Not mapped ive installed a pannel filter but that's it. Its dsg and i tend to leave it in D ive done the pcv check and it seems fine. I even haf the c follower done. I have to drive above 80 to see less than 40mpg on the motorway. I find it quite an economic car to be fair. But I'm comparing it to my old Focus ST that was frankly awful on fuelMy driving is a mixture of 7 mile journey to work amd back. I see around 26mpg there. I have had 30 on occasion. On weekends i drive 15 miles on the motorway to see family but juat about see 38mpg at a push and that keeping around 65mph. Something isn't right if u guys are getting over 40mpg.
40+ is regularly seen in mineAs said standard car making 211bhp and 240ftlb on rollers recently so definately not mapped etc Usually see 340-360 miles from a 50 litre fill up with mixed driving or as much as 440 on long motorway run using cruise at 70-80mph

Reset the mpg trip and went for a drive to the stealers to pick up some trim clips. Didn't go WOT kept it in D, drove very sensibly 12.7km/l >> 35.87mpgGlad to know the poor mpg is down the driver and not the car. I can switch back to my normal driving style now. If i wanted good MPG i would have bought a hybrid.
