Good office chair

Im looking for a decent chair to promote good posture, as I tend to slouch too much.

Any recommendations, maybe in the region of £100?

Without sounding like a modern day hippy would you consider either a standing desk or sitting on a swiss ball?

If you spend most of your day at a desk you should look at alternative ways to sit for your own health!
