The latter is pure electric, I think.

Dials are fancy.  As the charge goes down the rev counter begins.  Some nice touches there!

Congrats!

I love it, the attention to detail is amazing!  :happy2:

Close! I do a 32 mile trip to work and most of that is on the motorway so not the best road for this car i get normally 70 MPG but when i am just driving on normal roads i get 100 to 150 MPG in hybrid mode  :innocent:

Probably about 120MPG or 120eMPG all things considered... but with rising Electric prices to the plug and Euro 6 dervs getting more and more Economical...

Still, it's a great looking Mk7 and I'd have one tomorrow once the cost to purchase drops significantly.

It only cost me 90p to charge it from empty to full and i get 30 miles out of that so I'm happy at the moment with that!

And ya they are VERY expensive...i could of had a Golf R cheaper

What he said!  The e-Golf is electric only and the GTE in a PHEV (a plug in hybrid)

simonp:
Saw my first one on the road yesterday and it was the same colour. The DRLs make them very easy to spot!

xjay1337:
So you get 30miles from one charge?
A little confused as to how it works

Does it use the electric only until it's flat and then the engine?

Out of one tank of fuel how many miles of range do you get? :)

You say you could have gotten a Golf R cheaper, have you calculated fuel costs to see after 3 years if you'd actually claw back the cost difference?
 :innocent:

Alex.J:
Think the GTE is a great car!

I had one for a few days and really liked it
