Edition 30 For Sale....
« on: December 16, 2009, 03:21:15 pm »
Well, ok so it's not quite a for sale advert yet....
But, what is my car worth?

March 2008, 1owner, Edition 30, Silver, 5dr, Manual, RNS510+OEM Bluetooth, Highline, Centre Armrest, Cruise Control, 26,000miles (standard car).

Prices seem to vary wildy on Autotrader from 13k to 20k+!! So who has sold/bought one recently or has a good idea as to it's value?

At a rough estimate mate I would say you'll be looking at £18k-19+ (at least)..
Especially when this one is advertised at whet it is and hasn't got as good a spec as yours (especially when he says it has MFSW and clearly hasn't).

Hate it when people list things like seat height adjuster.

This is true, but apart from it being DSG and having armrest and highline, it's pretty bogo..

I got £18,250 cash from a VW dealer for my Edition 30 about 2 months ago.

08 plate, one owner, black, 3 dr, DSG, 13K miles, absolutely mint, armrest, Ipod prep (not just the socket), Cruise control, standard when I sold it, Service pack included as was obviously the 18 months remaining on the manufacturers warranty.

The dealer still had it a couple of weeks ago and it was up for £19,995 from them.
