Chavs also like White wheels..... :P and red wheels...... :P......OPPSS!!!!!! i had red wheels too :sad1:....guess theirs a bit of chav in all off us...... :signLOL:

but back to the thread il be putting plate back in centre but lower down benje so il post pics to give u an idea of how it will look in real life.....

But beaware benje that if you take bulky plate holder off you will have marks and scratches around were the outer edge of holder was sitting on top of smooth part of grill as well as the four holes....so u should probably buy a smooth grill before you remove it.... :happy2:

2/3rds sized plate , no holder  :happy2: (non legal!) , either in OE place (me), or lower down in grille looks good too (Greenouse)
the advantage of in grille is that its removable for shows

to the side looks
If you want to keep the centre area free then I would say to put it on the lower honeycomb grille at the same height as the fog lights. Seen a couple of people do it that way.

i relocated my plate because i got the carbon fibre grill and didn't want to cover that over with a number plate.

i know some people don't rate it but i actually think it looks decent especially with the xenon lights on. whenever i drive past a shop window head on, i think, f*ck me, thats one mean look mutha! haha

i must admit there is a chav who runs a silver corsa in my town with a square plate, but he's got a corsa and im driving a GTI Pirelli, so .... at the end of the day he can scoff me off!  :booty:

here's a couple of pics of mine for the original poster to help him decide:
