Robin.. I'll drive your car down the strip for you  You get to see it in all it's glory then..  :happy2:

....That's a very attractive and kind offer :drinking: and a great way of seeing just how fast or slow my car is. Is it the individual driver or the car that gets charged? - Either way I'll pay an appropriate amount to make sure it doesn't cost you to drive my car.

I'm now gonna look into going to the Autosport Show on the Saturday and then continue my journey on to The Pod on Sunday.

However, if it's snowing etc on the day I shan't show.

you should also have a go, see if you can beat jonny, that would be ace if you beat him lol.

Robin, no probs.. I think your car should have a chance of running a real good time actually.. Mid to low 13's I think..

Maybe able to attend now as my old man fancies running his M5 (or wants me to anyway )..

Awesome.. E60? Wouldn't mind lining up against that actually

Oh god.. I'll never hear the end of it.. I'll bring my SPS switch and turn it down for Robin lol..  :P

.... I don't have an SPS but just the normal Revo Select switch but I'd rather run her as is anyway.

There's no way I'm going to be able to compete with the experience of Jonny or Hurdy if I have a go myself.

I agree, it's much better to run the car as you drive it on the road day to day, whatever spec / trim that may be.. At least you know a true representation that way.. No funky fuel or drag Tyres etc..

You should definately have a go though

what about a run on your usual settings, and a run on aggressive settings, to see how much difference it can make.

....My car is nicely setup for its mods and the fact that it has an oem fuel pump - I'm not going to start potentially inviting fuel cuts or similar by pushing its settings to the max. Besides, like Jonny, I prefer to run in the same state as I do day to day and see how that is.
