I know how you feel dude!

Mines in at the minute for a £380 cambelt and water pump change, last month it had £300 of service and MOT and about £500 for my R32 brakes, fluid and fitting.  Since the service its been running 200bhp so I've taken the front tyres from 4mm to 2mm, I'm going on holiday in 2 weeks and I have the insurance to pay next month.  Oh and my employers want to cut my pay.

Cars are a nightmare, I tell ya!  Merry xmas?  :scared:

What damage can a fooked cambelt cause, already spent £3k on it over the last 7-8 weeks.

i cant remember ever having a car needing a new water pump as part of a service ?, mind you i dont usually have them long enough

ps, when is the cambelt needed on a golf ?, at 3 years or a set miles
