No no... All in one day. New Year's Day 2014. Empty roads. Tank and a bit of V Power. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Put it on your bucket list

I meant like 1 day to edinborough, 1 day doing the awesome route then 1 day home. That must have been one hell of a way to start the year off though. It definitely is going on there mate

The A4086 and A5 are probably why I have 9 points and a knackered gearbox... such great roads.   You do tend to get a bit carried away.

The road that goes Welshpool-Newtown-Aberystwyth. Mid Wales.

Get it wrong and it's off the side of a mountain. Get it right and it's simply perfect.

Is it the a470??

A483 - A470 - A44.

Some sections you can see 3 or 4 apexes ahead, so if the road's quiet, and dry, it's bloody brilliant!

Incidentally I drove it in the wet last week, and let's just say these Michelin Super Sports are GOOD.

Used to drive this once a month to a pub for Rs owners club meet on a Monday evening
Great fun especially in little convoy of cossies and RS turbo's etc

For us up in Scotchland, the A85/84/82 via Glencoe is a great, picturesque stretch.. if only with one too many tour buses

A685 between Tebay and Kendal. Always try to go this way if ever we head to the Lakes, which we do, alot. 
Fantasic even if you can't travel at supersonic speeds!

I know it well.  Some great views  then a coffee break at morrisons
  Still have some nice memories of my biking days going up and over Hartside to Alston and Middleton  Up the 68 and 69  Home in time for tea.

Cat and fiddle and the snake pass definitely. The woodhead pass can be good fun too if you get a clean run with no traffic.
