I fell asleep at the wheel of my car 2 hours ago and ploughed into a kerb at a roundabout of the A12– long journey and should have stopped really.
One of my black BBS alloys has been badly kerbed on the lip – the lip is totally misshapen although the rest of the alloy seems ok – it was good enough to keep the air in the tyre despite a chunk of rubber being taken off and I managed to drive home keeping a speed of 60mph. I have two questions:
1. Does anyone know who could repair the alloy - if repairable - pics tomorrow. I'm thinking spit and polish but live in Suffolk
2. I am going to purchase a spare Black Edition BBS CH alloys which has a steel lip. Does anyone know of someone who could paint the lip on the new alloy to a good quality?
