radiator not working

my radiator fans dont come on now and when the car is stationery for a while with the engine on, my coolant light comes on but if i switch it off it bubbles out..so i have to take it for a small drive then its fine, Ive checked fuse 38

Have you checked the relays? There's some which are quite common for blowing.

I can't remember if you can use a voltmeter go test the fans in with, but that's worth reading up on too.

relay 1 gets quite hot tbh ? i cant be bothered with replacing so many parts to find a solution ha  :scared:
was going to get my mate to pop and see if his vcds will run the fans but will that let me know any better?

It may tell you what is not working, but chances are it'll just say the fans aren't operating like they should and you'll have to fault chase regardless. Relays shouldn't get hot really, that to me is a sign it's faulty.

ive tried switching the relays and there doing the exact same..
the codes did go but came back..also my car refused the vcds to start the fans  :confused:
Ill post my fault codes up when he sends them across

Have you checked that the fans can actually rotate in the housing but turning them by hand?
