Edition 30 revo questions

Hello owned my edition 30 for a month now, when I got the car it had stage 1 dsg revo and stage 2, last week I had pump and stage 2+ and supposedly stage 2 dsg. Now here's my question the car up shifts at around 6600rpm regardless of which mode I'm in it also downshifts when in manual. So have I got stage 2?
Lastly after some spirited driving the car throws up an engine light as done this twice now. Any ideas on what's going wrong.

6600 is low to shift up,especially on dsg stage 2, which, someone would need to clarify, I think lifts the shift point to around 7100 if I'm right? Plus, I'm sure it disables downshift in manual. Add that to the engine management light, I would be contacting your dealer who has just uploaded the maps first
