Recommend Downpipe with sport cat

Want to get a down pipe with sport cat, budget is around 500pounds. i have a milltek 3'' cat back already. I've been looking at the scorpion down pipe, do you guys think it will fit?

are there another down pipe with a sport cat around that budget?

A mate of mine has the scorpion sport cat and a non res miltek cat back and if I remember correctly he had to have a reducer made which only cost him £25 extra

Im looking into it, as scorpion with sport cat is the cheapest one i could find, what is the performance like? I'm looking to remap mine after down pipe

He's got an intercooler upgrade too and told me he's running 260ish bhp but every car will differ. What I can say is the exhaust note is lovely but I'm not a fan of his forge dv

intercooler will be upgraded after remap, i've spoken to a company called pro-speed that does custom exhaust. they quoted me 400pound for a 3'' downpipe with 200cpsi sport cat including fitting,warranty etc. but I'm not keen on what the sound will come out like. i assume it be similar to branded down pipe as only different is the cat
do you think its good for price?

Not to long ago I wrote a bit of a bad review on my Direnza turbo back exhaust and I feel I have done so to hastily, I had to replace the gasket as the one they supplied is useless but since then I can't complain, it has a nice subtle tone around the doors and roars when you open it up

Only thing to worry about is the quality of the sports cat. Seen a number prove to be poor design and be quite restrictive, and others to fail MOTs 1-2 years down the line due to the poor quality catalyst. Other thing is the flange - I'm guessing they will want to chop the existing one off your current cat, rendering your original pipe useless.

Personally i would either buy an off the shelf de-cat, or buy a 3" flange online, and have a de-cat pipe mate that will mate with the rest of the exhaust, so you can swap it over.

I've got the full turbo back direnza system and after a few teething problems at the start (due the the garage I used) I've got no complaints

Yea pro-speed in cardiff, that what I'm worried about too is the quality, i think its best to go for branded downpipes, de-cat is too loud for my area. police are very strict with exhaust being loud, my friend got stopped by them other day and given him a section 59

Do you have one silencer or two on your Milltek? The de-cat won't make it THAT much louder under normal driving, but you'll really notice it with your foot down.

What area did the S59 get given in? I've never had an issue with any of my cars, or heard of S59's being dished out just for a loud exhaust?
