Why not just clean it?

That's correct, as its the one that faces the front cold feed in outside the car rather then other intakes taking hot air from the engine bay instead

Is this the 90 degree bend which on mine is made from silicon and being eaten by a coolant pipe hose?

If so, how much do you want for it?
