That's not too shabby at all! I'm going to get mine mapped in July time with either revo hopefully, I suppose I could always test my turbo over the next few weeks and see if I should pre empt it all! I average sort of 40 mpg most journeys but that's without giving it any beans

Loving the work you've done on this fan! I've owned a mk5 tdi 4motion sport for s few months now and want to do a front end conversion to either gti/gt style. How difficult was this for you any mods the existing structure needed? Cheers!

This is a great looking motor and drives faultless...
If anyone knows Dan he is so keen on keeping his motors in top spec and also very clean (could you tell)
The car is a true credit to the mk5 population  :happy2: :happy2:

Mine had the same front bumper as the gti from factory just different grills,
On yours you would either need too change the front panel too a gt/gti one or trim the gti bumper too fit,

Ok thanks! I've got the standard tdi pre facelift model so very plain Jane! Would need to put a whole new bumper on as I don't think the front panel would fit. Just wondering where the mods would need to be and I've read you need to support the radiator to the engine...?

The radiator carrier is the front panel, this can be swapped easily without the need to remove the rads at all, the gti bumper would then fit straight on with no problems
