Title: VWR Big Brake Kit Replacement Pads

Does anyone know what pads i would need for these breaks. VWR wern't particularly helpful.

The FastRoad ones they use, awesome supply, are £180! so just looking to see if i can replace with cheaper, just as good (or better) pads.

I to have this brake setup on the front and to be honest is worrying me when it's time to replace any bits in the setup.

Thankfully a couple of weeks before I got the car the previous owner fitted new pads which he said cost him £300  :confused:

I'm not sure what make they are but clearly not a cheaper alternative - I will say the setup creates a hell of a lot of brake dust though

They'll be race pads no doubt, and thats pretty much the kind of price you should expect to pay! Also you expect dust off performance pads.

For instance, ive just bought a set of 18z Brembos and EBC pads are £173.


Performance comes at a price unfortunately!

F2 Mintex or pagid pads will be good for road use, if anyone needs pads I know a good supplier.
