Title: coolant top up?

Hi Need a top up, anyone know where I can get engine coolant? Ive been looking at GSF but they dont sell the vw one, so dont know if the others are any good? Whats the right grade, G11? I dont know whats in there at the moment but its pink. Alternatively, would water do?

If its only dropped a little bit you can use water.
