Hi There,,
been trying to figure out my car problem before start to work on my engine..turbo is fine after being checked by 2 turbo guys..did a full pcv delete and didnt help..hope u can help me before i start to change valve stem seals as its the most possible cause as i have been told..
compression test is done and done all all ok..dry starting cyl1 153,150,150,148 wet 160,160,165,157
here is the video
Thank you.

Compressions are a little low, but not horrendous. Around 180-190psi on a new engine.
That does look like classic valve guide wear. Loads of over-run, followed by smoke when back on the gas. That isn't a lot of smoke though. I bet a lot of GTIs do that on such long hills and people don't realise.

Thx for ur answer..my smoke issue started after fitting a catless dp and going stage 2 remap..seems oem dp was hiding smoke..why u said guides not seals?

There are both seals and guides on the valve stems.
Valve stem guides:

There are seals for both intake and exhaust valves. The exhaust valves get hotter and their seals differ from the intake seals to withstand the extra heat:
