Title: Cam follower replacement

well think it is about time I had the Cam follower changed, 07 55k still original I believe. anybody know a good place to go in the Southampton Hampshire area that could do this for a good price and maybe the PCV, Valve diverter?
Had a quote from a well known Garage in Pompey but seems a little steep compared to what I read on here, £90 just for the cam follower parts and labour?

Part is around £40 (converting from euro so just a guess) so that seems like a dealer price.

You can diy your pcv, dv and cam follower. None are beyond a half decent persons capabilities.
