So I've had my golf in my garage this week swapping engines, I finished wiring my temp engine in this afternoon and it won't turn over, all earths have been checked and it still won't turn over, the battery is fine as I took it off my other working car. I've got another starter motor that I'll put on tomorrow but after advise of anyone els has had this issue and if someone can think why it's happening
Thanks

Have you turned it over by hand yet?
If it turns over by hand then check all the fuseable links with appropriate test equipment then move to the starter motor solenoid feed while turning the key to position three etc.

Yeah turns over by hand, all sensors have been checked. Would it have anything to do with the front end not benign attacked? The radiator is still off the car because I want to make sure it runs first
