Title: Is this worth doing

Okay atm ive done a cat delete on my exhaust which has added a few extra bhp but it is still the standard size exhaust which doesnt help. My question is , is the upgraded turbo outlet pipe worth doing and can any gains be made from doing so.

Nope you're better off going for a 3" down pipe which will give you better gains  :happy2:
