What other model vw audi etc has the same pump as a mk5 golf gti?

Pretty much every VW, Audi, Skoda and Seat of the same age as the mk5 uses the same pump. You can get them on eBay for £20-£30

1K0820803G is the part number

There are 2 or 3 different manufacturers, I think my s a Sagen

As above, the manufacture of the compressor though changed through the years. Mines an 06 GTI with a zexel, soon to be changed as it doesn't work. I think they went to Sanden after Zexel.

Mine was 1K0820859D, not the same as the 803. VW told me the 859D is compatible with the 859E, 859M and 859S.

Others like 859F are not the same (those may match the 803).

As for other models, the 859D replacement I bought came from an Octavia.
