Title: Autostyle Carpet Mats
Post by: em2evol on June 01, 2017, 08:02:05 pm
Hi guys

I recently bought a set of mats from these guys after reading good things about them but although the material quality is good, the fit is awful! I emailed them asking if I could send them back and have heard nothing, which isn't great. Has anyone else had a bad experience, and was it resolved?

That's disappointing mate!
I agree they look to be a poor fit
That's not great that they haven't replied to you. I've had some excellent customer service recently from internet vendors. But usually find I have to email them at least once a day to keep them honest

I think you've got a good case to have them replaced/refunded so I'd just keep emailing them and hopefully they'll sort you out soon enough!!

Thanks for the reply - I'll drop them another email later. Hopefully they've just missed my first one and all will be resolved soon!

Exactly mate, I have found with a lot of these online retailers you have to persevere with the emails, but to be fair nowadays most of them are pretty good about resolving problems :happy2:

Did you buy direct from autostyle or through Amazon or eBay?

If you bought through Amazon or eBay you should definitely be able to get sorted as the vendor's are always really keen to avoid any negative feedback!!

Off topic but those original mats seem to be in really good condition. Just a decent shampoo and brush would have them looking great again.  :happy2:

Send em back, and get some new OEM ones - much better IMO. TPS do them - about £60 ish  :happy2:

Interesting observation - might have to try this before buying new ones!! After all the other 3 are pretty much mint

Yeah I wish I had gone down this route 1st of all as they are only £45 from the dealer so they told me yesterday!
