Title: mk6 climatic retrofit

Can anyone help I have mk5 climatic with no heated seat function can I retrofit a mk6 climatic panel with heated seat buttons or is it more work than changing a few wires/pins around?

Any help greatly appreciated

also how do I attach pictures to show which panels I mean

You can fit heated one, just the  heating function will not work of course. If you want to add heated seats as well, more wiring will needed.

Will any pins have to be changed around on the plugs? Im trying to get the part no.s of both units now. Also the fascia will have to be changed and pre wiring bought for the mk6 heated seats I'm going to retrofit?
