Title: Loss of power, back fire

Anyone have this problem with there ed30 mines running a stage 2+ up acceleration from first about half throttle it back fires and drops power rpm meter goes all funny etc plus the engine check light is on, not sure if i am explaining it correctly could it be faulty coil packs?

Get it vcds checked ie diagnosed as this could be anything from fuel to coil packs!.
How's it running on idle ?
