Title: Car ramps query
Post by: Rado16v on May 26, 2018, 08:26:10 pm
Halfords have ramps on offer at the moment, do we think an Edition 30 will have enough clearance with these?

Thanks

The low profile rubber/plastic ones are OK, but those sharp rising metal ones, probably not.

Iver jack the car up or place a thinish bit of wood at the start of ramp and go up onto wood then ramp they are quite low so wouldnt want to say yeah so my first thought would be wood then ramp, get a little length of decking ive got some here if you wanna pay postage haha

Looks as though those ramps aren't suited to an 18" wheel? Says suitable for tyre sizes: 135 x 10" to 185 x 14". I would be interested in some ramps for mine though, if anyone has some decent recommendations.
