Title: LUK clutch and flywheel for 300bhp ED30

Time to renew my clutch. Just wondering if a full LUK kit is up to the job for ED30 with r-tech map (300bhp). It's just a daily drive so hard to justify £1000 for a Helix with fitting. Or is that my only option with having the extra ponies? Thanks Adam
