Anyone else have this problem?
I cant believe its slipping just after stage 1! the oem clutch must be sh*te!!
Whats a recommended upgrade?

whats the setting?

Not got a clue
He never said anything about settings! Just the 3 different maps A B C.
I take it i'll need to find out, he was rushed of his feet so didnt really get chance to ask as such.

did u get the switch then and the software ? if so plug it into your laptop and see what the settings are

i wouldnt bother playing with the settings unless you got vagcom to see how the car is performing
too much timing and boost for your mods/fuel will cause the car to pull back = loss of performance
if you have the sps switch plug it in to your lap top and check what settings you are running - i never had revo stage 1 so not sure what the best settings are but Im sure someone on here can help

Yep, sounds familiar, very familiar :sad1:
Mine did the same after revo stg 1. car has 18K miles and has just been fitted with a new DMF and clutch, all good now though :jumpmove:
My revo was in for just over a month when the dmf gave up, not the first person to happen to and certainly wont be the last.
Kev.

All i was given was the select switch, i've put it on setting A and the clutch is still slipping
I'm very suprised tbh and was'nt expected that to happen so soon, i could understand if i was lauching the car etc
Looks like a uprated clutch is needed then, think VW must use chocolate to make theres.

You will find cold weather won't help, if it warms up it might disappear. I have the equivalent to stage 2+ on the KO4's and in this cold wetaher it slips at 5500 to 6000 rpm! It's not the torque that's slipping mine it's the bhp :scared:. I'm going to get a nice Sach uprated one, had one on my TDI great clutch.
