Got in the car this morning, and the front wipers have stopped working properly. They will move maybe an inch a second for a few seconds and then just stop. They return to normal position just fine though. Front washer is still working, and rear washer & wipers are working. Dodgy wiper motor?
Hopefully this video illustrates the issue. Wiper stalk is at the top position, when they stop I manually return them to the start position.

I've checked the bonnet latch, seems to be fine, if I open it I get the light on the dash and the wipers don't respond at all, which is what I'd expect from doing a bit of research.
Any ideas?
