In America, the police rock up to shut that sh*t down within minutes. Not so in the UK, because there are no police, apparently. Hence why these basic pricks drive around like that thinking they own the roads.

The police haven't been an effective deterrent for the last 2 decades, thanks to Mayoral and Parliamentary incompetence.
