Hi, I need some help finding a part number.

I've searched but not been able to find it yet. On the link below it's the blue pipe at the top

I think it may be 06F 121 447

I searched that and on the link below it shows as part 28, but I'm pretty sure its part 11 im after, just cant seem to find the part no.
