Hi all

I’ve installed the incorrect firmware version ( I know l’m an idiot)
To that end anyone know where I can get this fixed. I’m in north Hampshire any help would be appreciated.

My until just keeps locking up after 2 min and rebooting.

iirc there is a recovery firmware available (sorry can't recall its exact name as it's been a while since I saw it) that may get your unit working again and allow the correct updated firmware to be applied.

found it and it's called SWL Recovery disc.

Hi thanks for helping me

I have tried the firmware recovery and it failed with an error code I couldn’t find any info on.

Hence reaching out and pulling hair out lol.



I found a company just in the m25, but they wanted my vin etc on the order form, so emailed them, but no reply.

It’s retro fit so having them details would serve nothing.
