So my cars finally running as it should after plenty of aggro but now after it give some beans and really rev it hard the clutch pedal doesn’t seem as crisp as when it’s driven normally.
When I say crisp it doesn’t return back up as it should I’m not getting any clutch slip when accelerating just the pedal doesnt come back up as quick as when driving normal.
After a spirited drive the clutch goes back to what I’d call normal I’ve already replaced the clutch master cylinder.
Is it slave cylinder ? Or clutch ?

Try bleeding it. The fluid gets proper dark and dirty as the clutch is rarely ever bled. It's not part of a standard brake fluid flush service unless you ask for it to be done, which not many folk do!
If not that, could just be the clutch getting old and not liking the heat/revs so much anymore.
