Title: GFB diverter valve - is it fake ?

Hi Was wondering if any one can advise. Ive purchased a GFB DV+ valve for my MK5 golf GTI from eBay. When Ive unboxed it the the piston has a blue ring on it but no red plastic over the brass centre. All other images Ive seen and in videos show the Piston having a red cover on the end, Do I have the correct version ?
