Title: i got my plaque!!

at lasttttttt, took several calls and moans, it got lost like twice apparently.. eventually got it.. 1041 for those who care. Aug 07 registered.

Lucky for you. I ordered mine in October 2009, and havent received my plaque yet. Phoned cust services least week and they said they would escalate my case and said someone would contact me in due course. Im still waiting.... :sad1:

The bother some folk have getting there plaque is unreal, i must be very lucky! I phoned customer services once, 3 weeks later my plaque arrived and im the second owner so they even managed to send it to the right person  :signLOL:

Sent an email to the sales person who dealt with my original purchase today to see what she can do.

Bearing in mind that the branch manager said "only mk4s had build number plaques" Im not holding out too much hope :indifferent:

I went to a main VW dealer in Glasgow....THEY didnt even know what an Edition30 was!!! hillarious!

I was trying to price front lip spoiler, rear valance and side skirts....they didnt have a clue...i was left to go find an edition 30, note the registration number and give them it! ha ha ha...

Well...it was a "limited" edition after all....

The salesman who sold the car to me said that my car didn't have a number, haven't been bothered to chase it up though.
