the car (ed30 dsg)is completley bog standard at the moment what will make it sound better in your opinion .....??

induction kit....???

Decent intake...twintake, cant beat the turbo chatter sound and a Miltek/Blueflame/APR exhaust.

Obviously you will get differant sounds from the exhaust and the intake both are good in differant ways. The intake will make it sound like the car is munching squirels and the exhaust louder and more purposeful. I think the exhast note is more what you would be looking for as you have came from an m3, you can't beat a good intake noise either though

just booked car in for intake and a stage 1 re-map (GIAC)....  :driver:

hope iv made right decision  :stupid:

ok mate having it fitted tues. will let ya know . went down to see some really helpful guys in  sheffield from a place called " statller"

They gave great advice and both owned ed 30's .....whilst i was there one of the guys took me out for a spin in his dsg ed 30 ( i think he said it was running about 380 bhp )

Absolutley  shell shocked a mk5 golf could perform and sound like that , so was sold on my first re-map !!

will keep posted  next week. ( cant bloody wait )
