Title: moving front number plate

hello all,

i love th look of mk 5's with the front number plate removed or put in the front window, but does anyone no what the legal requirment for it is?? am i going to get pulled over constantly with it in the front windscreen??

also has anyone any ideas of how i could attach it to the front lower grill??

I'd like to think that the traffic constabulary would have more to do.......however it appears that the don't. the police are turning into revenue collectors....best leave it where it is would be my advice mate.

I can't remember who but someone on here (maybe TopCat) attached it using some strong magnets making it easy to remove for pictures e.t.c

That could be an option?!

As Mat says, we all hate the plate, but thems the rules, and JoesGTI has been caught with his window plate a few times now.  :laugh:
