What one would you folks that have them recommend? I have and Edition30, at the moment it onlt has a GIAC map, Forge intake, and Forge DV, ive just got an autotech HPFP and RS4 return valve, saving those hard earned £££ for a blueflame TBE just now, then i'll add the HPFP and valve.
I dont want one thats going to cause a smell of fumes in the car etc. Any help appreciated :happy2:

You want a recirculation and not a race (vent to air) catch can setup to avoid the oily smell.

there is a slight oilly smell in certain circumstance with the race catch can but once driving around you never notice it, only really when crawling along in traffic with the window down and when reversing with the window down.
i tried a couple of pcv fixes for my ed30 and the BSH race catch can is the only solution I found which gave me a rock solid idle on the rev counter, it also seemed to prevent any hesitations around the c5k rpm rev range
and is the only complete fix to prevent oilly gases re-entering the crankcase :happy2:

You might want to consider space in the engine bay as well when choosing. I've got a Stage 2 Catch Can from BSH but due to it size i cant fit their intake properly as its too big.
I would say the Stage 1 slim can would be sufficient, there isnt really much benefit to the larger Stage 2 can i dont think, i think people have mainly got them now due to the group buy that ran before.

I have a stage 2 BSH can,
have emptied it twice now, to get a small amount out each time, fitted approx 12 days ago.
yellow water, with an un-nice smell with it.
dont get me wrong, the parts that came with it were poor, they have had to be upgraded,
with better hose & fittings on the can
but the car feels a bit more free, or smoother. good job!
thanks
