Title: Injector prices

Anyone know the price for an injector for a 2005 mk5 gti?

Not sure if they're different but for an Edition 30 they are around £160 each from memory. I had some problems a few months ago with a cold start stutter, and this was vw's fix. Replace all four injectors. In the end I had them cleaned by a company in Bristol (I think) but it didn't fix the issue I had. I was told by someone on here they should just have replaced them, but I'm happy to report steady use and long journeys seems to have made thing a lot better.

Maybe try injector cleaner first?

They were over £450 for 4 at VW when I called them a few weeks ago, so these are cheap!  :happy2:

If it is the injectors, ill have them off you Matt. I need to find out for sure it is them first.
