I am looking at getting these tyres I have looked at r888 but can't get hold of them anywhere and they don't to a 235 profile in them. I have 8.5 rims so want to go with 235 not 225, have many people had much experience with these? I have had a look and there is a lot of good reviews floating about just wanted people's opinions. Cheers

According to Toyo's website they do 235 profile in 18's and 19's

Yokohama A048's are very good too, so if it is just ease of getting hold of them then either would do :happy2:

Nice one cheers hurdy I will go with them then. Yokohamas are more easily available to be honest so it looks like that's the best option for the same performance. Also people have said they have a better wear rate than the r888s aswell.

The A048R are very good indeed on dry surfaces.
I'd prefer them over the R888s but the expensive Direzza 03G are even better from what I know.

Well I've got the tyres now, just awaiting vwr getting the wheels in now which I have ordered. Goes in on Friday for the v3 coil over kit and I should be sorted then.
