The cheapest .

There are lots of places that offer various products. Some products are more restricted but I would just go for the cheapest to be honest, providing its the same product. I've used the following in the past and had no issue:

http://shop.autobritedirect.co.uk/
http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/
http://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/
http://www.rollupandshine.com/index.asp (forum members get discount here too)

I have to use a variety of sites as they don't all stock the same things. There are loads of shops. I'd be wary of ebay ones.

clicky (http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=29) <-some of the ones used by members on DW.

I think thats a tad unfair, there are lots of good ebay shops and traders. Some of the DW traders you linked to also have ebay shops.
