Title: Just incase anyone using Caffyns VW in Sussex? £537 for a cambelt!!!

Went there today, apparently this group are not part of the fixed price servicing!, good garage but when I questioned it the service advisor said we are not part of it even though I said I have had fixed price servicing from you in the past  :confused: :confused: :confused:

She even asked wheer I got that price from, I replied, your VW website!

Anyway she asked the manager and I am now geting the cambelt for £399 including waterpump!, though I gotta pay £12 for a courtesy car :sick:

If you arrange your insurance you don't have to pay the £12.
