what products are people using on the textured plastic areas of the side skirts, rear valance, front splitter and grille please? i know from experience of many many years ago that using something such as back to black eventually sends the plastic grey and you have to keep putting the stuff on every few days to keep the black look...so i am not looking at going down that route but want to keep them nice and black. any suggestions?

I use AG Bumper Care but I haven't used anything else so can't compare to others

Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel is great. Applied sparingly with a foam pad it will last a good few weeks, and it can be applied in layers to increase shininess, though just one application is just right in my opinion. Although it is claimed to be streak free I did find when first getting used to it it would streak after rain, but I was applying too much.

i will try that, thanks. when i cleaned my car yesterday i noticed that the skirts etc seemed to attract the polish dust :sad1:

Another one of those questions where you'll get more answers than there are products.
Whatever you use, clean the trim with some APC and a brush first. Apply your product of choice sparingly. Buff off. No product will last months unless it's one of those nanotech products.
I find AG bumper care a bit messy. Quite like PB natural look at the mo. Use it on the interior and rubber matts too.

Thanks, what's APC? nanotech products? do these things exist now?!?! :surprised:

"nanotech" and not "nanobots" - have a look at g-technniq stuff.
