took my front grill off today with the view to fitting a smaller reg plate can you buy one that s had the holes filled and in gloss black or do i need to do it myself and get it wrapped or re sprayed ???????????

I wrapped mine, works fine for covering up the holes..

will the wrap not just indent into the holes ?  suppose i could glue some disc s into the holes then fill them , does gloss black wrap look like oem finish ?

either that or you could use some discrete plastic caps like i have done, cant say I notice it at all  :happy2:

i have my small plates from my old car. really wanting to put it on the front of the mk5. anyone got an idea of cost to have it wraped?

i was going to do that but mine has other holes in too where the dealer fitted extra plate holders , have had another play today pics later ...........

i ve removed the plate surround and wrapped the reg plate just to get the idea

think thats the way , does the carbon one just stick over the oem mask bit or can you seperate the honeycomb part from the rest ? i seen the red clips but thought they only held the red stripe ???

The only seperate part of the grille is the badges and the red stripe as mentioned. Carbon does stick on but Im sure the TT shop could do a proper job.
