Fiited a set of GTi headlights recently and using the car for the first time in the dark last night, I discovered that a spider had made its home in one of them, as a result the inside of the lens is covered by a network of cobweds!! :surprised: Any bright ideas on how to get rid???

You liked that? :drinking:

Hoover in the bulb holder?! :confused:

The heat from the headlights should kill the spider?

Still left with webs though? And a fried spider in the lense :sick: :signLOL:

WOW that's even more annoying than the spiders living in both of my door mirrors javascript:void(0);
-
Just for the record the spider is already toast, he fell out when I was fitting them, its the real estate that I need demolishing......hoover doesn't work by the way! :sad1:

Be grateful. According to my parents, there was an old lady who swallowed a spider. Apparently, it wriggled and wriggled and tiggled inside her.

If you stick a small tube onto the end of your vacuum cleaner (seal it around with duct tape) then you should be able to get in and remove the cobwebs

Could try an air duster (pressurised can of air from Maplin or similar) This would destroy the web and probably place it out of sight.

Bottle brush :happy2:
-
air compressor should blast it out mate but be careful and gradually build the pressure up :happy2:

That's a good shout actually!

Some sort of flexible duster type thing would be my suggestion?
