I am finally plumping for Snow foam as my Supersprayer connection is not good.
Is ValetPro safe of Monza II wheels as I know it is best avoid chemicals with them? They have 2 coats of PB on them
-
valet pro will be fine on those sir, even with the PBs on there! ;)
-
grand thanks alot.
I have quite a tight space how much space do i need to leave between PW lance and Car to avoid any damage? Do you know if I can hose off rather than PW off the snow foam?
-
you will struggle to do any damage with snowfoam mate. 6 inches is close, but i doubt it will do any damage with a snowfoam head on!
and ye, i guess you can hose it off, but it might take a bit longer!

Thanks Alot JPC much appreciated for your help.
Promise last question out of interest for PW off the snow foam how far does the lance need to be away from the car to avoid paint lifting or any damage?
-
As JPC say, the Valet Pro is perfectly safe on all surfaces and is completely wax friendly so it won't strip off any of your hard work!
When you have a lance attached to the pressure washer it does somewhat reduce the pressure, so you can get quite close to the car without any worries, although we wouldn't recommend getting too close!
Hosing off with water shouldn't be a problem, the one benefit to pressure washing off though is that all of the surface dirt that's been lifted by the foam is easily washed away under some pressure, but I can't see you having too much trouble just hosing them off!
Hope this helps

It all depends on the pressure output of your washer, if it's a hobby washer then as long as you keep it moving and not static, you can get quite close, however, if it's a super-powered industrial jet blaster you might need to stand ten feet away!!

Thanks everyone for your help much appreciated
I am only a hobby washer is karcher K2.900M - 100 bar
-
yep, largely on most newer cars, with a sound paint job, you can be sure as long as your not really close, you wont have any problems.
dont go more than 4-5 inches to the paint and keep it moving

Thats great thanks alot guys very much appreciated
